The Community Building Partners team is growing! We’re looking for a energetic, community minded and highly organized teammate to help manage projects in Southeast Ohio.

Praxia Partners  is looking for an experienced grant manager to join our Community Building Partners Team. As part of our stewardship activities, CBP provides grant management and administrative services for partners and government agencies. The grant management services design and coordinate grantmaking processes and practices that meet the foundational mission of supporting equitable development in our neighborhoods.

We seek to hire a Grants Manager to lead the management and implementation of Grants for our partners. The grants in this Teammate’s portfolio consists of six community projects ranging from construction to workforce development and mental health services that will be implemented by experienced partners over the next few years throughout Southeast Ohio.

In this position you will manage and assist grantees with implementing new and existing state and federal grants. This position will also be instrumental in organizing and leading grant meetings and disseminating program information to various stakeholders. We are seeking someone who has experience with grants management and compliance, who is an analytical thinker, a problem solver, a skilled communicator and impeccably organized.
