Stratford East Senior Housing

Stratford East is an affordable senior apartment community located on the southeast side of Columbus in Canal Winchester. The Community offers one and two-bedroom units in a friendly senior community.

Stratford East was borne out of a partnership between Community Building Partners, Dayspring CDC, and Rockford Homes, who recognized the need for housing for senior citizens in the area.

The Stratford East Impact Solar project will generate renewable energy that offsets the properties carbon footprint and energy costs. The owners of Stratford East are reinvesting the savings into the property to help keep the rent stable and affordable for the long term.
