Last week, the Area Agency on Aging District 5 celebrated the grand opening of Ritter’s Run Apartments with a ribbon cutting and open house. Community Building Partners has collaborated with AAA5 on this project for several years and is proud to announce its opening. The affordable housing is the dream of the Area Agency on Aging, who are thrilled to see the vision come to life.
The 12 single-story, one and two-bedroom apartments located on Ohio Street in Mansfield, will have service coordination for the tenants by AAA5 and property management by Accord Management.
